Lands that are at risk of being flooded called Special Flood Hazard Areas (SFHA) are subject to Federal, State and Municipal regulations. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has implemented procedures for requesting revisions to NFIP maps. G. A. Dixon Associates is experienced with FEMA procedures and can perform the engineering necessary and submit the required paperwork for legitimate map amendment request.
